Who we are

GrowNowNow is a small technology company based in Lagos, Nigeria. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean GrowNowNow. You can reach us at hello@grownownow.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: if you use the form on our Business Automation page, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), the tools you use (optional), the areas you chose and the message you wrote.
• Email: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• Bookings: if you book a call, you do that on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there. We receive the booking details from Calendly.
• Usage data: our analytics tools collect information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, links clicked, the device and browser used, approximate location and the page that referred you. We do not send names, email addresses or message text to our analytics tools.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

• To reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work you ask for.
• To understand which pages and features are useful, and to improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and reduce spam.

Who handles your information

We use these services to run the website. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.

• Formspree (formspree.io) receives enquiry form submissions and passes them to us by email.
• Google Analytics 4 provides site usage statistics.
• Hotjar helps us see how visitors use pages, for example through heatmaps and anonymised interaction data.
• Calendly handles call bookings.
• Vercel hosts the website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses.
• Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive.

International transfers

Some of these providers process information outside Nigeria. By using the site or contacting us you understand that your information may be handled in other countries, subject to those providers' own safeguards.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and Hotjar use cookies or similar identifiers to recognise a browser between visits. We do not load them until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, or ignore the banner, they are not loaded and the site works the same.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use Google's opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and Hotjar's opt-out at hotjar.com/policies/do-not-track.

The site itself stores one small item in your browser to remember your cookie choice. It is not used for tracking.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries and related emails for as long as we need to deal with them and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is kept according to the settings in each analytics tool. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it and to complain to your data protection authority. Other websites and our products

Links to other sites, including AutoPost, Cheerly, LinkedIn and Calendly, lead to services with their own privacy policies. This policy covers grownownow.com only.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It is not aimed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
